  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account, placing orders, listing products or contacting support.

4 Accounts, Login and Security

Some MeddyLab features require an account. Account types may include customer accounts, vendor accounts, admin-managed accounts, consultation-related accounts or other access levels introduced by MeddyLab.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details, OTPs and account access secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorised access.
  • MeddyLab may request email verification, phone verification, identity checks, business checks, licence checks or other checks where needed.
  • We may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that appear fraudulent, inactive, unsafe, non-compliant or harmful to the Platform.
Vendor accounts may require extra checks. Vendor access does not create employment, partnership, agency or franchise status with MeddyLab.

5 Customer Terms

Customers may browse products, compare vendors, place orders, submit requests, use bidding features, book or request consultations, read content and communicate with MeddyLab or vendors where available.

Customer responsibilities

  • Check product descriptions, quantities, sizes, models, expiry details, location, delivery terms and vendor information before purchasing.
  • Confirm that any product you buy is legal, suitable and permitted in your location and for your intended use.
  • Provide accurate delivery details, contact details, prescription or eligibility documents where required.
  • Use purchased products only as intended and according to manufacturer, professional, regulatory or label instructions.

Customers should not use MeddyLab as a substitute for professional judgement. For health, medical, laboratory, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, industrial or technical decisions, seek appropriate professional advice.

6 Vendor, Seller and Merchant Terms

Vendors are independent sellers or service providers. By creating or using a vendor account, listing products, responding to bids, accepting orders or communicating with customers through MeddyLab, vendors agree to operate honestly, lawfully and professionally.

Vendor Area Required Standard
Business information Provide accurate business name, contact details, store details, licensing information and any required verification documents.
Product listings List only permitted products and keep descriptions, images, stock, specifications, prices and availability accurate.
Regulated products Comply with all rules for pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, lab items, chemicals, diagnostics, cosmetics, industrial products and restricted goods.
Order handling Package, fulfil and dispatch orders promptly, safely and according to agreed delivery and quality standards.
Customer support Respond professionally to questions, complaints, returns, warranties, bid negotiations and consultation-related enquiries.
Fees and payouts Accept any applicable marketplace fee, commission, payment processing charge, escrow rule, refund adjustment or payout hold.

Vendor warranties

  • You have the right, licence, permission and authority to sell every product or service you list.
  • Your products are genuine, safe, properly labelled, not expired, not counterfeit and not unlawfully sourced.
  • Your listings do not infringe intellectual property rights, consumer protection rules, health laws, advertising rules or platform policies.
  • You will not manipulate reviews, create fake orders, misrepresent stock, evade fees, bypass MeddyLab checkout or divert customers away from the Platform.
MeddyLab may remove vendor listings. We may hide, edit, reject, delist, suspend or investigate vendor listings where we believe there is risk, policy breach, legal concern, customer complaint, inaccurate information or unsafe conduct.

7 Products, Listings and Restricted Items

MeddyLab may support listings across medical supplies, laboratory equipment, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, industrial supplies, business supplies and other categories approved by the Platform.

Product information may be provided by vendors, manufacturers, distributors, third-party data sources or MeddyLab editorial/admin teams. We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but mistakes, delays, stock changes, image differences or pricing updates may occur.

Restricted or sensitive products

  • Some products may require prescriptions, licences, permits, business verification, age checks, temperature control, special handling or destination approval.
  • Customers and vendors are responsible for ensuring product legality, import/export compliance, storage conditions and safe use.
  • MeddyLab may cancel, refuse, hold, delist, restrict or request documentation for any order or listing that appears regulated, unsafe, prohibited or suspicious.
  • Counterfeit, expired, stolen, adulterated, falsely labelled, dangerous, illegal or unauthorised products are strictly prohibited.
No counterfeit or unsafe products. Vendors must not list products that are fake, expired, misbranded, improperly stored, unlawfully imported, recalled, contaminated or harmful.

8 Bidding Marketplace and Product Requests

MeddyLab may allow customers to post product requests, service requests or purchase intentions and allow vendors to respond with bids, offers, quotes, availability, delivery timelines or alternative recommendations.

  • A customer request is an invitation to receive offers and does not guarantee acceptance, supply or fixed pricing.
  • A vendor bid is a vendor-submitted offer that may be subject to stock, verification, location, delivery cost, payment confirmation and compliance checks.
  • Customers should compare bids carefully, including price, product details, delivery time, vendor identity, warranty, quality and cancellation rules.
  • Vendors must not submit false, bait-and-switch, unavailable, misleading or non-compliant bids.
  • MeddyLab may moderate, remove or restrict bids or requests that appear unsafe, illegal, spammy, abusive, misleading or outside permitted categories.

MeddyLab does not guarantee that every request will receive a bid, that every bid will be accepted, or that every accepted bid will be fulfilled where lawful, stock, payment, logistics or compliance issues arise.

9 Consultation Services and Professional Support

MeddyLab may offer or facilitate consultation-related services, expert support, product guidance, vendor consultation, healthcare-related information, laboratory procurement guidance, industrial sourcing assistance or similar advisory features.

  • Consultations are for informational and support purposes unless expressly stated otherwise by a licensed professional.
  • MeddyLab does not guarantee diagnosis, treatment, laboratory interpretation, procurement success, regulatory approval or professional outcome.
  • Where a consultation involves a third-party professional, that professional is responsible for their own advice, licence, availability and service quality.
  • Emergency medical situations should not be handled through MeddyLab. Contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider immediately.
  • Do not ignore professional medical, pharmaceutical, laboratory, regulatory, legal, technical or safety advice because of content viewed on MeddyLab.
Health and technical decisions require professional judgement. Content and consultations on MeddyLab are not a substitute for direct examination, diagnosis, treatment, laboratory validation, regulatory review or professional supervision.

10 Blogs, Guides, Reviews and User Content

MeddyLab may publish blogs, articles, product guides, market updates, vendor education, buyer education, FAQs, health-related content, laboratory content, pharmaceutical content, industrial content and other educational materials.

  • Blog and guide content is provided for general information and should not be treated as medical, legal, regulatory, financial or technical advice.
  • Prices, availability, product recommendations, vendor details and market information may change after publication.
  • Users may not post abusive, false, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, obscene, discriminatory, spammy or unlawful content.
  • Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not be paid, fake, manipulated, retaliatory or misleading.
  • By posting content, you grant MeddyLab permission to display, moderate, edit for formatting, remove, archive or use that content for platform operation and promotion.

11 Pricing, Payments, Escrow and Payouts

MeddyLab may support online payments, escrow-style payment protection, wallet-like features, payment gateways, bank transfers, card payments, mobile payments, coupons, discounts, vendor payouts or other payment-related services.

  • Prices may change due to vendor updates, promotions, taxes, duties, payment provider charges, exchange rates, delivery fees or platform corrections.
  • Payment must be completed through approved MeddyLab checkout channels unless MeddyLab expressly allows another method.
  • Escrow or protected payment features, where available, may hold funds until order milestones, delivery confirmation, dispute review or platform rules are satisfied.
  • MeddyLab may delay, reverse, adjust, withhold or cancel payouts where there is suspected fraud, chargeback, refund request, customer dispute, policy breach or legal concern.
  • Vendors must not ask customers to bypass MeddyLab checkout, avoid platform fees or make unsafe off-platform payments for platform transactions.

12 Orders, Acceptance and Cancellation

An order is not fully accepted until payment, availability, vendor acceptance, compliance review and any required verification steps are complete. MeddyLab or vendors may cancel, reject, hold or modify orders where necessary.

  • We may cancel orders affected by wrong pricing, stock errors, suspicious payment, restricted destination, regulatory concern or vendor inability to fulfil.
  • Customers may request cancellation, but cancellation eligibility depends on order status, product type, vendor processing stage and applicable policies.
  • For regulated, customised, temperature-sensitive, hygiene-sensitive, pharmaceutical, diagnostic or special-order products, cancellation and return options may be limited.
  • Bulk orders, institutional orders, procurement orders and special sourcing requests may be subject to additional confirmation and payment terms.

13 Shipping, Delivery, Pickup and International Movement

MeddyLab may support local delivery, vendor dispatch, third-party courier delivery, pickup, fulfilment partners, express handling, international shipping or other logistics options depending on the product and location.

  • Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed by MeddyLab in writing.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses, recipient details, access instructions and contact information.
  • Some products may require cold-chain handling, special packaging, customs clearance, documentation or destination restrictions.
  • Customers are responsible for import rules, customs duties, taxes, clearance fees and destination-specific restrictions unless otherwise stated.
  • MeddyLab is not responsible for delays caused by customs, regulators, carriers, incomplete addresses, customer unavailability, force majeure or third-party logistics events.

14 Returns, Refunds, Warranties and Disputes

Returns and refunds are governed by MeddyLab’s Return and Refund Policy, product-specific rules, vendor rules and applicable law. Not every product is returnable due to health, hygiene, regulatory, safety or custom-order reasons.

  • Customers must inspect products promptly after delivery and report issues within the applicable return or dispute window.
  • Returned products may need to be unused, unopened, complete, properly packaged and accompanied by order proof.
  • Pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, cosmetics, personal care items, perishable items, special orders, opened items and health-sensitive items may be non-returnable unless defective or legally required.
  • Vendor warranties, manufacturer warranties or service warranties are the responsibility of the relevant vendor or manufacturer unless MeddyLab expressly states otherwise.
  • MeddyLab may help review disputes but may rely on order records, delivery evidence, product images, vendor response, customer communication and platform policies.

15 Prohibited Conduct

You must not use MeddyLab to:

  • Sell, buy, request or promote illegal, counterfeit, stolen, expired, unsafe, unauthorised or prohibited products.
  • Upload malware, scrape data, attack servers, bypass security, reverse engineer platform functions or disrupt the Platform.
  • Commit fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse, fake order activity, identity theft or payment manipulation.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, discriminate against, spam or abuse customers, vendors, staff, consultants or other users.
  • Post false medical claims, fake licences, fake certifications, fake reviews, misleading prices or inaccurate stock information.
  • Use MeddyLab content, trademarks, logos, product data or vendor data without permission.

Breach of this section may lead to account restriction, listing removal, order cancellation, fund hold, law-enforcement reporting, civil claims or other action permitted by law.
