Price manipulation or deceptive pricing practices are not permitted.
7. Order Fulfillment
Vendors are responsible for:

Failure to fulfill orders properly may result in penalties or account suspension.
8. Shipping Responsibilities
Vendors must ensure that:

9. Vendor Performance Standards
Meddylab may monitor vendor performance using criteria such as:

Vendors failing to meet acceptable standards may face account restrictions.
10. Customer Service
Vendors must provide reasonable support to customers including:
- Responding to inquiries promptly
- Resolving complaints professionally

Maintaining a positive customer experience is mandatory.
11. Returns and Refunds
Vendors must comply with the Meddylab Return & Refund Policy. If a product is defective, incorrect, or misrepresented, the vendor may be responsible for:

12. Fees and Commission

Violations may result in removal from the platform.
14. Account Suspension or Termination
Meddylab reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for reasons including:

- Failure to comply with marketplace policies
In serious cases, legal action may be taken.
15. Limitation of Liability
Meddylab acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers and does not manufacture products listed by vendors. Vendors are responsible for:
- Product safety
- Product quality
- Compliance with laws and regulations
16. Policy Updates
Meddylab may update this Vendor Marketplace Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
