How to Buy on MeddyLab

Buying on MeddyLab is easy

You do not need to know exactly where to start. MeddyLab brings products from different sellers together so you can search, compare and order from one place.

1. Search for what you need

Use the search box at the top of MeddyLab and type the name of the product you are looking for. You can also browse the marketplace by category if you are not sure of the exact product name.

2. Open the product and check the details

When you find something you like, open the product page. Read the product name, description, price, package details and seller information. Check that the size, quantity, specification or other details are what you need before ordering.

3. Choose your quantity

Select how many units you want. If you need more than one item, simply adjust the quantity before adding the product to your cart.

4. Add the product to your cart

Click Add to cart. You can continue shopping and add other products, or open your cart when you are ready to complete your order.

5. Check your cart

Your cart shows the products you selected, their quantities and the amount to pay. Take a moment to check everything. If you added something by mistake, you can remove it before proceeding.

6. Continue to checkout

When your cart looks correct, continue to checkout. Enter the requested delivery and contact information carefully so the seller and delivery team can reach you when necessary.

7. Make payment

Choose one of the payment options available at checkout and follow the instructions on the screen. Always complete your payment through the payment options provided on MeddyLab for your order.

8. Follow your order

After placing your order, keep your order information. If you have an account, sign in to view and manage your orders. Pay attention to any order updates or messages concerning delivery.
