Delivery Information for Local & International Orders

Delivery timelines apply to orders placed before 2:00 PM WAT on a business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will have one additional business day added to the estimated delivery time.

Door Delivery

Timelines start from the order date or dispatch date depending on vendor processing. Delivery agents may attempt delivery twice within the delivery window. If both attempts fail, the order may be cancelled or returned.

Pickup Station

You will receive a notification when your item is ready for pickup. Please collect within 5 days to avoid cancellation. Some mobile networks may not receive SMS reliably, so always check your order status online.

The following locations may be categorised under extended delivery depending on courier coverage, vendor location, item weight and available route.

If your order includes pharmacy-controlled or questionnaire-based items, pharmacist approval may be required before dispatch.

1. Pharmacy items may require professional review before delivery.
2. The pharmacy team may ask questions, recommend an alternative, or decline supply on medical grounds.
3. Approval outcomes may delay dispatch, but you will be kept informed.
4. Once approved, eligible P-line items may be delivered the next working day where service coverage allows.

1. All deliveries are subject to successful payment confirmation.
2. Delivery estimates exclude bank holidays and public holidays.
3. Delivery times are estimates and may change due to vendor, courier, weather, security or customs delays.
4. Orders may arrive in one or more packages.
5. We may be unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
6. Bulky, hazardous or restricted items may require special courier handling.
7. If fulfilment becomes impossible within a reasonable period, the customer may be eligible for cancellation or refund according to MeddyLab policies.
