Dosage and Administration Adults & Children (12 years and older): 1 tablet (4mg) every 4-6 hours as needed. Children (6-12 years): ? tablet (2mg) every 4-6 hours as needed. Children under 6 years: Use only under medical supervision. Do not exceed 6 tablets (24mg) in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor. Best taken with food or water to minimize stomach discomfort.
