Precautions and Side Effects: Important precautions and side effects include: Do not drink grapefruit juice and eat grapefruit while taking Coveram. Contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to active ingredients, ACE inhibitors, dihydropyridines, or excipients in Coveram. Not suitable during pregnancy and for lactating women. Severe overdose may lead to excessive peripheral vasodilation, reflex tachycardia, severe systemic hypotension, and possibly fatal shock. Administration: Swallow your tablet(s) with a glass of water. Take one tablet per day as a single dose, preferably in the morning and before a meal. It is important to take the medicine every day as regular treatment works better. If a dose is forgotten, take the next dose at the usual time. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose. Always follow the doctor's recommended dosage.
