Adults and Children over 12 years: The usual recommended daily dosage is: Mild - Moderate infections: One AUGMENTIN 625 mg tablet every 12 hours. Precaution: Side Effects: Diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting may occur. If any of these effects last or get worse, tell the doctor. AUGMENTIN is contraindicated in patients with a history of serious hypersensitivity reactions (e.g., anaphylaxis or Stevens-Johnson syndrome) to amoxicillin, clavulanate, or other beta?lactam antibacterial drugs (e.g., penicillins and cephalosporins).
