What is Brustan-N 400mg? Brustan-N is a powerful non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to manage pain and inflammation. Manufactured by Ranbaxy Nigeria Limited, each film-coated tablet contains 400mg of Ibuprofen BP. Uses of Brustan-N Brustan-N 400mg is effective for the relief of: Tension headaches and migraines Dental pain (toothache) Menstrual... cramps (dysmenorrhea) Muscular aches and joint pain Inflammation from arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis) Brustan-N Dosage for Adults For adults and adolescents over 12 years, the typical dosage is one tablet (400mg) taken every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not take more than 3 tablets (1200mg) in a 24-hour period unless directed by a doctor. It provides sharp relief for various pain types. It is best to take Brustan-N with food or a glass of milk to reduce the risk of stomach upset. If you are unsure about the dosage, you can speak with a Meddylab pharmacist for guidance. How long does Brustan-N take to work? Brustan-N usually begins to work within 20 to 30 minutes of oral administration.
