Dosage and Administration Infants 2?3 Months: Post-Immunization Fever: Administer 2.5 ml. If necessary, after 4?6 hours, give a second 2.5 ml dose. Do not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours. Other Causes of Pain and Fever: Administer 2.5 ml if the infant weighs over 4 kg and was born after 37 weeks. A second 2.5 ml dose may be given after 4?6 hours if needed. Do not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours. Children 3 Months to 6 Years: 3?6 Months: 2.5 ml up to 4 times in 24 hours. 6?24 Months: 5 ml up to 4 times in 24 hours. 2?4 Years: 7.5 ml (5 ml + 2.5 ml) up to 4 times in 24 hours. 4?6 Years: 10 ml (5 ml + 5 ml) up to 4 times in 24 hours. Administration: Shake the bottle well for at least 10 seconds before use. Use the provided dosing syringe to ensure accurate measurement. Administer orally. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Do not exceed 4 doses in any 24-hour period. Precautions Consult a Doctor: Before use in infants under 2 months or if your child has liver or kidney problems. Allergies: Do not use if your child is allergic to paracetamol or any other ingredients in the product. Avoid Concurrent Paracetamol Use: Do not give with other paracetamol-containing products.
