Redness or swelling of the vulva. Stinging or burning during urination. How to Use Gyno-Daktarin with Applicator For the best results, Gyno-Daktarin should be inserted deeply into the vagina. This 40g tube typically comes with disposable applicators for hygienic use. Prepare the Tube: Remove the cap and use the spike to pierce the seal. Fill the Applicator: Screw the applicator onto the tube. Squeeze the tube until the applicator plunger reaches the stop mark (approx. 5g of cream). Insertion: Lie on your back with your knees drawn up. Gently insert the applicator as far as it can comfortably go into the vagina. Release: Push the plunger to release the cream and remove the applicator. Dosage: Usually, one applicator-full is used daily at bedtime for 7 consecutive days, even if symptoms improve earlier.
